IMPORTANT
1- Do not change anything on the pot or the parts.
2- Change the damaged, broken parts with original parts.
3- If there is happened any problem with unchangeable parts of pot, please contact with store where you have bought or contact with authorized service.
4- Bakelite handles may be broken by crashed by falling, striking or heating up. You can get these parts from the authorized service by paying for a fee.
5- Do not forget the empty pot over the burning stove.
6- The Ministry determined the using time of this pot as 5 years.
GENERAL SUGGETIONS
- Do not use this pot, never without liquid. Seriously damaged. Always at least put one glass of water in the pot.
- Use a suitable stove for the pressure cooker.
- If you use gas-operated stove, give attention that flames cannot come over the bottom of the pot.
- If you are using a hot plate, give attention that diameter of hot plate has to be equal or smaller than the bottom of pot.
- The ventiles of pot are very sensitive. Comfort to the cleaning and care instructions. Use only original spare part.
- It is very important that pot must be cleaned regularly.
- If the ventiles do not work, contact the nearest service
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
1) The entire instructions must be read.
2) Children should not be allowed to approach the pressurized cooker during use.
3) The pressurized cooker should not be placed on a heated oven.
4) The cooker under pressure should be moved carefully. Hot surfaces should not be touched. Hand holdings and buttons should be used.
If necessary, a protective device must be used.
5) It should not be used other than for pressure cooker purpose.
6) This appliance cooks under pressure. The pressure cooker may be scalded from improper use. Make sure that the cooker is properly turned off before the heat is applied. "Instructions for use" should be consulted.
7) The pressure cooker should never be opened using force. The internal pressure should not open until it is fully down. "Instructions for use" should be consulted.
8) The pressure cooker should never be used without adding water. This can cause serious damage.
9) 2/3 of the cooking capacity should not be overfilled. While baking food ingredients, such as rice or dried vegetables, which are expanding when cooked, half of the cooking capacity should not be overfilled.
10) Proper heat source (sources) must be used according to the instructions for use.
11) Skin-covered meat, which is swollen under the inuence of pressure, should not be pierced after meat has been cooked (e.g. bovine), eshy skin is swollen.
12) When cooking doughy food, the cooker should sway slowly before opening to prevent food from being thrown out.
13) Before each use, check whether the valves are clogged. Instructions for use should be consulted.
14) Any food item should never be used in pressure cooker pressure mode for frying.
15) The safety systems must not be tampered with in any way except for the maintenance instructions stated in the instructions for use.
16) Only spare parts of the manufacturer should be used for the related models. In particular, the body and lid of the same manufacturer
specified as appropriate should be used.
17) THIS USE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE ADAPTED.
USING INSTRUCTIONS
OPENING POT
Hold the handle of lid. Lay if at to the opposite direction. The lid will be free.
Then take the lid out with a small angle (45 C).
FILLING IT ENOUGH
Fill put maximum to the level sign (2/3 of the Pot Volume).Do not fill it more than half while cooking the foods which get swollen or foam like pea, beans and ventiles etc.
CLOSING IT
Get the handle to open position Place the pot with a small angle over the pot.
Turn the handle of the lid to the opposite direction.
CAUTION
Before beginning to cook, check whether safety ventile moves easily up and down or not by pulling the ring over the ventile.
BEGINNING TO COOK
Put the pot over a strong fire. Cooking ventile will be straight as in the Picture Wait for the steam gets out strongly with a gushing sound. This means that required pressure has formed in the pot.
WHEN THE STEAM COME OUT
Put the cooking ventile in a horizontal position as shown in Picture, and reduce the fire. Cooking time is calculated after from this time
DURING COOKİNG
Check the cooking ventiles working by pressing on it tightly. (When you press on it there must be a strong an sudden come out of the pressure). Conform to the advised cooking times. Prevent the liquid in your pot completely evaporate.
AT THE END OF COOKİNG
Get the pot over the stove, wait for a while, and then raise cooking ventile lo let the pressure completely come out. For soften foods shake pot gently. Then open the lid of the pot.
CLEANING
- As long you give attention the clean, you will benfit from a long period of time.
- All kinds of detergents are usable.
- Do not use hard granulate materials on outer surface
- Prefer plastic cleaners instead of wire ones in cleaning of pot. Dry your pot after rinsing
- Use permanent stains cleaning vinegar and lemon.
- Do not forget cleaning of the ventiles for safety.
